Realistic and practical person hair extensions

Being the realistic and practical person that she is, Jordan is threatening to sue a hairdresser in Hollywood after her £11,000 hair extensions snapped and fell off.
Having flown out to LA to get the extensions (which is ridiculous enough in itself) Jordan claims stylist Lea Journo did such a bad job that it has cost her £45,000 to repair.
However, the salon – which claims a previous hairdresser did the damage – doesn’t seem to be particularly fussed. Someone who works there said: “None of us had any idea who she was when she started coming. It doesn’t bother us and to be honest, it’s a relief. We handle the biggest stars in Hollywood. She’s a nobody.”
The moral of this story – chill the eff out and get a damn bob. If it was possible to sue over a crap hair style, Emma Watson would have even more money and we’d be off getting Mohicans every other week.

Feather Craze Flies into Plymouth and Canton Communities

Feather hair extensions have been a common request at places such as Salon Bella Vi of Plymouth and Ashka Salon of Canton for the past month or so.
The trend has been seen on Hollywood celebrities such as Miley Cyrus and American Idoljudge and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler.
In Plymouth and Canton, the trend is going strong.
Kim Rauch, Salon Bella Vi extension stylist, said she has already placed about five small orders and is expecting another shipment in the next few days.
“I would say for these ones, the main target age is middle school and high school girls,” Rauch said. “Nobody’s really asked about prom, and I’m kind of surprised because I think, even if it’s just for the day, it would add a lot to someone’s style.”
Jozie Hogarth, Ashka Salon manager, has had a different experience with the feather craze.
“It goes across all lines,” she said. “Moms get them, kids get them, we have had really young children get them. We even had a gentleman come in and get them in his beard to try and win a contest. It’s definitely not a specific person or demographic type.”
Hogarth said she definitely sees the feathers being a thing for prom styles this weekend.
“It only takes about 15 minutes to put in, so it’s pretty easy to fit in an appointment,” Hogarth said. “And we have a pretty good selection, so it’s easy to pick out what you want.”
Both salons use a silicone-coated bead to attach the feather extension to a lock of hair. The method does not damage the person’s hair at all.
“They (feathers) took off to a point where almost every website is sold out,” Rauch said. “A lot of people are going through the tackle websites to find the feathers, which is really funny.”
Last month, National Public Radio said in its report “Rooster feathers prized by fisherman and now popular in the hair salons” that the feather craze was becoming so popular that it has created a shortage in the market for fisherman who use them in lures.
“Occasionally, the colors are limited,” Hogarth said about her experience ordering feathers. “It’s a unique product. Unfortunately, it’s not something where there’s always specific types available, so you have to be flexible in what to order.
“We definitely have enough in stock, and we order them far enough ahead of time that we don’t have any challenges,” she said. “I have heard of other people having challenges.”
Feather extensions can also be washed, dried, flat-ironed and curled.
The feathers typically last about six weeks, but Hogarth said the professional brand used at Ashka doesn’t have a specific time frame and can last up to two months.
Salon Bella Vi charges $10 per feather, with free maintenance and removal. Ashka charges $25 for three feathers.
“A typical client usually gets between three and six feathers, depending on what look they’re going for,” Hogarth said.
“It’s a fun way to change your style,” Rauch said. “If you’re maybe the type of person that’s afraid to commit to something different, but you’re looking for a change, I would say these are a really great way to do that.

I love cheap hair extensions
“And you can do it without doing anything too crazy. If you don’t like them, you can take them out,” she said.
